Shipping policy

We ship pre-loved luxury from Lehigh Valley, Pennsylvania. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment, and you receive a tracking number when the piece ships.

We ship with USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL. The shipping rate shown at checkout is the rate you pay. Insured shipping with signature confirmation is included when checkout shows complimentary shipping. International shipping is available on request.

We are not responsible for packages once the carrier marks them delivered, or for delays caused by an incorrect address. Please confirm the address before you pay. All sales are final.
